Introduction and Definitions


Welcome to Brunch Buds! These terms and conditions govern your use of our services. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions described herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you are requested to refrain from using our services.


In these terms:

  • “Brunch Buds”, “we”, “our”, “us”, “company”, “provider” refers to the service operated by Kitsch Digital Solutions (registered in Denmark, CVR 44809958).
  • “You”, “your”, “customer”, “participants” refers to the individual partaking in the service.
  • Service”, “events” refers to the organisation of brunch events for groups of strangers.



Services Offered


Brunch Buds is a service is designed to bring together people looking to make new connections with strangers by matching them into a group for brunch in a restaurant. Our service takes care of the table reservation and matchmaking process, enabling participants to focus on fostering new connections with one another.


To use our service, you must be aged 18 and over.


The size of the brunch groups depends on various factors such as demand for the service and restaurant availability, among others. We cannot guarantee that a brunch group will be a specific size. We are also unable to guarantee that participants in the service will indeed be matched with strangers they have previously not met. We are not responsible for the conduct of participants at the events organised by the service. Participants are completely responsible for the cost of their meal at the event. The fee charged by our service covers operating costs as well as the matchmaking and brunch booking service.



Booking Process


All communication regarding booking of our service is done through our Instagram and Facebook accounts. Participants interact with a chatbot which guides them through the booking process, which includes the collection of some data necessary for the running of the service. All communication and transactions, including bookings, refunds and customer support are carried out through Instagram and Facebook.


Participants will receive the details of their brunch booking in advance via email, which will include information about the location and time of the brunch event.



Payment Terms


Participation in the events is subject to a fee, communicated in the signup process. All payments are made via interaction with the chatbot and are facilitated by a secure third party payment processor, Stripe, facilitated by the chatbot provider, Manychat. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the payment link. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards.


We reserve the right to change the pricing of our events at any time.



Cancellation and Refund Policy


If an event is cancelled by us, we will refund all participants the value of that event to the payment method chosen at the time of booking.


If you are unable to participate in an event after booking, you are requested to inform us either through Instagram, Facebook or by email (hello@brunchbuds.com) no less than 96 hours before the start of the event for us to be able to refund you. If you do not show up to the event (you are a “no show”), then we cannot refund you the value of your booking.


Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.



Liability and Disclaimers


While Brunch Buds takes every precaution to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our customers, we cannot be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during our brunch events. By participating in our events, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with social gatherings, including but not limited to food allergies and dietary restrictions.


We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by participants during the brunch events, within the extent permitted by law.


Participants are responsible for any and all travel costs associated with attending their event.


Participants are entirely responsible for ensuring any food allergies or dietary restrictions are communicated with restaurant staff.


Participants are wholly responsible for their conduct at the events, as well as for any other risks associated with attending the events.



Intellectual Property Rights


All intellectual property rights associated with Brunch Buds, including trademarks, logos, and content shared on Instagram, are owned by Kitsch Digital Solutions. Customers are not permitted to use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.



Privacy Policy


Brunch Buds respects the privacy of our customers and complies with GDPR regulations. Personal data collected during the booking process via Instagram, Manychat, and Stripe is used solely for the purpose of business-related communication, managing bookings and facilitating payments. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.



Miscellaneous Provisions


  • Use of Instagram, Stripe, and Manychat: By using Instagram, Stripe, and Manychat for booking and payment purposes, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these platforms in addition to Brunch Buds' terms and conditions.
  • Force Majeure: Brunch Buds is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
  • Amendments: Brunch Buds reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
  • Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
